Eyes--tried to take pictures of cat eyes, but they moved too fast. Looked for other eyes, even considered one of my old photos that was hilarious... but couldn't locate it.
Then, at quilting at my friend Sandy's, I spotted her clock. Ah! Calavera eyes! And yes, they really are two different sizes...

Photo A Day July 15--Finger
This is the bobbin case for my sewing machine. It's got a "finger" just above the latch, which has an eye in it. Hard to see, but it's t here! Threading the bobbin thread through the eye of t he finger puts extra tension on the bobbin thread, a very useful technique for quilting with two weights of thread.
